Rose Garner is from Arlington, AL and is the founder of Lily Baptist Community Outreach Center in Anne Manie. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she has been preparing food bags for the community & distributing supplies to the elderly. Her giving heart and sweet spirit is the true definition of a Good Neighbor.
